Shepherd's Hey from the Fieldtown Morris tradition is a dance with has many pauses in it where the dancers stand still with their arms outstretched, hence the nickname "Signposts". Rather different from the usual lumpy Cotswold Morris tunes, but the Fieldtown tradition is unusual in many ways.
