From the first edition of John Offord's "John of the Greeney Cheshire Way". Barry Callaghan's "Hard Core English" book (pub EFDSS) has 8 variants of the tune, and I recorded it for the CD that accompanied the book.

Cited by some as a good reason for needing a low G and C natural on a D/G melodeon. I wouldn't design a melodeon keyboard layout for just one tune, but in fact there are many tunes in the English traditional fiddle repertoire that need one or both of those notes.
