Written by LadyDeTemps on melodeon.net a.k.a. Sarah from Southend, and another attempt (see Polperro Bay) at playing another Melnetter's tune. The sombre tone of the C/F box suits the title, I think, putting the tune in D minor, a tone lower than written.

This tune came up in a discussion on composition of tunes, and the ABC here includes a variation by Steve Dumpleton to make the ending sound more final. In this recording I have also made it end in the home key, but using the original tune and appending a 2 bar coda at the end of the last time through.
Note the ABC is in the original key of E minor.
