Title | A Russian March / Sustead Schottische |
A Russian March" is from the William Clarke manuscript from Feltwell in Norfolk, apparently compiled from the 1820s-1850s. The tune was in C in the manuscript; we have transposed to D.
The Sustead Schottische is also a Norfolk tune: an untitled schottische recorded from George Craske in Sustead, Norfolk in 1977 by Peter Clifton. Harmony parts for both tunes by Anahata. | |
